Application/Question Form For Potential Team Member

All Team member working for Ahlittle Hand are vetted and endorsed at the highest level. 

We help Alleviate some of the every day stresses that are brought on families due to everyday demands.

Contract Details

Ahlittle Hand requires the following paperwork from potential Team members:

• Background Check

• MVA Check

• Reference from prior employer


All Team members of Ahlittle Hand must dress appropriately and have proper hygiene at all times.


While working for a client of Ahlittle Hand any service change must be made through Ahlittle Hand back office.


Any Team member of Ahlittle Hand can not drive A client to any location without a consent form.


All Team members will be added to the Ahlittle Hand website with a brief description and photo.


Team members must share their live location with Ahlittle Hand while working with a client.


Team members receive a Ahlittle Hand car magnet for identification purposes. If released from Ahlittle Hand , the car magnet must be returned within two days.


During working hours, cell phones are to be used with discretion.


Team member initially will meet clients together with Ahlittle Hand


Former Team member must not work for any past client of Ahlittle Hand up to six months after release.


Once a month Ahlittle Hand will have a Enrichment meeting with Team. We fellowship and think of new services to offer our family’s.

Ahlittle Hand we know give and it shall be given to you.
We always strive for the best caring for our families.

A live virtual interview (via Facetime, Google Meet, Zoom..) will be set up after receiving all paperwork. There will be in person follow up meeting. 

Due to Paper work requirements and Insurance Ahlittle Hand requires at working commitment.

The contract must be signed in person.
